Pumpkin Pie Martini

Pumpkin Pie Martini

Happy Fall Y’all! One of my favorite things about the fall is Pumpkin Spice everything. So I have developed this fun little Pumpkin Pie Martini, which is sure to make any pumpkin lover swoon.

I completely understand that the holidays can get so busy, with cooking, entertaining, black Friday prep, but this sweet little drink is so easy to make. How nice would it be to be able to just open up your refrigerator and pour a bar quality drink for you guest within minutes? No shaker, no mess and with just 5 simple ingredients.

THE GROCERY LIST:

  • Pumpkin Flavored Eggnog
  • William Wolf Pecan Flavored Bourbon
  • Graham Cracker pre-crushed
  • Heavy Whipping Cream
  • Fresh Grated Nutmeg (yes it must be fresh)

Okay, so a couple of things I want to go over from the picture above. The heavy cream is to make homemade whipped cream, of course you can use a redi whip, but I personally like to make my own whip cream. You may think that it’s hard and will dirty up your mixer. However, I have the perfect solution for you. This is a gourmet whip cream dispenser, I have had mine for years and I absolutely love it. All you do is add I pint of cream attach the CO2 cartridge, shake and you have fresh whip cream. No sugar, no additives, no mess.

I also always use fresh nutmeg and for that I use a nutmeg grater, to make sure I am using the freshest possible nutmeg every time. These are some of my seasonal must haves to cook in the kitchen, check out a few more at my 12 Kitchen Essentials Post

If you can not find this brand, please accept my deepest apologies because for this drink it is pure perfection. My friend Hunter, at our local package store, The Cork & Barrel always gets this brand in for me at my request. Plus look at that super cute label, it looks great on our bar top. You can also find William Wolf online to check for other great flavors like caramel and there newest coffee flavor whiskey. We have featured both, the coffee can be seen in our Cafe Au Lait Churros Shooters,  for Cinco De Mayo, and of course don’t forget my famous Hot Caramel Apple Toddies as seen in our happy hour posts last fall.

PUMPKIN PIE MARTINI RECIPE:

  • Dip Martini glass into water and then dredge in graham cracker crumbs to make a ring around the glass.
  • Fill up martini glass 3/4 with Pumpkin Eggnog
  • Add one shot glass worth of William Wolf Pecan Flavored Bourbon
  • Top with fresh whip cream and fresh grated nutmeg.
