Movie Night Toffee Pretzel & Popcorn Cookies

  • 2 sticks Butter European
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup pretzel sticks crushed
  • 1/2 cup toffee chips
  • 1/2 cup mini m&m's
  • 2 cup popcorn pre popped
  • 1 tsp Madagascar Vanilla


  • Cream together the room temp butter and sugars in your Stand Mixer until it forms a paste.
  • Then add in the slightly beaten eggs and vanilla
  • In a separate bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt together.  Add to mixer slowly, about a half a cup at a time.
  • Remove from mixer and hand stir in Popcorn, Toffee Chips, M& M's and Pretzel sticks. 
  • Using a small ice cream scoop, or hand roll 12 balls to place onto your cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for 15 mins, DO NOT OVER COOK it could burn your popcorn.  Allow to cool 10-15 minutes before moving to a plate or cooling rack. 
  • These cookies can be made ahead of time and tend to be better after sitting for a day to stabilize ingredients.
