Hot Buttered Rum Toddy's

  • 1 stick Butter
  • 2/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Orange Blossom Honey
  • 1 tbsp Madagascar Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Fresh Ground Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 8 oz Jamaican Spice Dark Rum
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • salt to taste
  • 1 can whipped cream For Garnish


  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar, butter, honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and salt.
  • Heat, stirring frequently, until the butter is completely melted and the sugar is dissolved, approximately 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from heat add in the hot water stir vigorously to combine. Add in the rum and stir to combine.
  • Serve into glasses and top with a large dollop of whipped cream and fresh grated nutmeg and cinnamon.
