Assemble all baking goodies and preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Basically your are going to prepare the brownie mix as directed on package but use Bailey Irish Cream in place of water, and for a richer flavor use butter Flavored olive oil.
Add in butterscotch chips to mixture just before you place into baking cups.
I use an ice cream scoop to distribute the batter evenly I only got 8 servings from 1 package, so if you need more you will want to double this recipe.
Bake for 26 minutes at 350 degrees, or the directions on the package, I used Betty Crocker Fudge Brownie mix. Allow to cool before icing.
Add fudge Icing and top with a Pot of Gold Chocolate. Add green sprinkles for that festive touch.
