Schezwan Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 can baby corn chopped
  • 1 head bok choy chopped
  • 1 red pepper stripped
  • 1 broccoli crown chopped
  • 12-16 Shrimp Peeled, devined
  • 3 Tbls Sesame Seeds
  • 1 bottle Schezwan Sauce
  • 2 Tbls Garlic Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat Wok with Garlic Olive Oil light sauté all vegetables 3-5 minutes 

  2. Add in shrimp at the very end of the cooking time for 1 -2 minutes 

  3. Drizzle the pan with a half bottle of Schezwan Sauce 

  4. Top with Sesame Seeds and serve
