  • 2 Chicken Breast cubed
  • 2 Mandarin Oranges (seedless) segmented
  • 2 Tbls Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbls Citrus Ginger Blend Seasoning
  • 1 Bag Bokchoy & Snap Pea Mix
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers optional


  • Heat Blood Orange Oil in Wok Pan, Add cubed chicken pre coated Citrus Ginger Blend Seasoning saute' until brown
  • Next toss in Bok Choy Mix and Mushrooms saute' for 3-5 minutes 
  • Finally add the segmented oranges toss and almond slivers if desired, and serve
