Thai Basil Pesto

  • Blender


  • 4 cups Thai Basil
  • 4 tbsp garlic ( 4 cloves) minced in olive oil
  • 1 Lime
  • 1 Tbls Lime Zest
  • 4-6 Garden Thai Chili Pepers or Jalapeños
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup peanuts dry roasted- unsalted


  • Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.


*This can be frozen into single serve cubes by using ice cube trays as seen in the pictures for easy weeknight dinners.
