Traditional Italian Pesto

  • Blender


  • 3 cups Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2/3 cup Pine Nuts toasted
  • 4 tbsp Garlic (4 cloves) minced in olive oil
  • 1/2 cup Oli+Ve Tuscan Olive Oil


  • Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender and mix until smooth. 


*This can be frozen into single serve cubes by using ice cube trays as seen in the pictures for easy weeknight dinners.
