I recommend Caswell Massey Madagascar Vanilla it makes all the difference.

you can use walnuts as an option
Instructions
In your stand mixer cream together you butter and sugar for 2-3 minutes.
Next add in your slightly beaten eggs and half & half, continue to beat 2 more minutes.
Next slowly add in your dry ingredients until incorporated.
Once mixed turn off mixer and fold in mashed bananas and nuts with spatula.
Pour into your pre greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
Check for center doneness by inserting a toothpick into middle of bread, if it comes out clean the bread is done.
