Cream together the room temp butter and sugars in your Stand Mixer from Kitchenaid, until it forms a paste. Then add in the slightly beaten eggs and vanilla. In a separate bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Add to mixer slowly, about a half a cup at a time. Then add in the oats in for a quick mix, only 1 minute.
Remove mixing bowl and hand stir in Chocolate Chips and Pecans.
Using an ice cream scoop place 9 scoops onto you your cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 mins, DO NOT OVER COOK.
Allow to cool 5-10 minutes before moving to a plate or cooling rack.
