  • 2 Chicken Breast cubed
  • 2 Mandarin Oranges (seedless) segmented
  • 2 Tbls Blood Orange Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbls Citrus Ginger Blend Seasoning
  • 1 Bag Bokchoy & Snap Pea Mix
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup almond slivers optional


  1. Heat Blood Orange Oil in Wok Pan, Add cubed chicken pre coated Citrus Ginger Blend Seasoning saute' until brown

  2. Next toss in Bok Choy Mix and Mushrooms saute' for 3-5 minutes 

  3. Finally add the segmented oranges toss and almond slivers if desired, and serve
