Ingredients

  • 2 Nan Flatbread (garlic flavored)
  • 2 tbsp White Truffle Oil divide per flatbread
  • 8 oz Cremini Mushrooms Sliced, Pre cooked- sauteed in 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Shallot diced cooked in mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning added to Mushrooms while cooking
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Parmesan
  • 1 cup Italian Cheese Blend
  • 2 oz Arugula
  • 1 Lemon zested and juiced tossed into Arugula with salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced mushrooms, shallot, and Italian Seasoning. Saute, stirring, until browned and softened, about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Place flatbreads on grill safe baking sheet of aluminum foil Drizzle with Truffle oil, top with parmesan cheese and mushroom mixture.
  • Top with arugula and Italian Cheese Mixture.
  • Place on Big Green Egg for 5-10 Minutes watching closely to prevent burning.
