St. Patrick's Day Pot O'Gold Cupcake

Here is a super fun twist for an easy St. Patrick’s Day cupcake. This is a  recipe that anyone can do. No major baking skill required!

Ingredients

  • 1 Golden Butter Cake Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 24 Rolo's
  • 24 Cupcake Liners
  • 1 Jar Sprinkles-Green
  • 2 Caramel Icing

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
  • Linen Cupcake Pan with Liners
  • Combine cake mix, eggs and milk. Beat for 2 mins
  • Scoop mix into liners with a 2.25 oz Ice Cream Scoop, 1 scoop per liner. It should fill 3/4 of the liner.
  • Bake for 10 mins at 350 degrees. Remove and press Rolo candy into the center.
  • Continue baking for another 10-13 mins.
  • Remove from oven and cool for 1 hour.
  • Ice cupcakes and top with sprinkles.
