St. Patrick's Day Pot O'Gold Cupcake
Here is a super fun twist for an easy St. Patrick’s Day cupcake. This is a recipe that anyone can do. No major baking skill required!

- 1 Golden Butter Cake Mix
- 3 Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Butter
- 1 Cup Milk
- 24 Rolo's
- 24 Cupcake Liners
- 1 Jar Sprinkles-Green
- 2 Caramel Icing
Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees
Linen Cupcake Pan with Liners
Combine cake mix, eggs and milk. Beat for 2 mins
Scoop mix into liners with a 2.25 oz Ice Cream Scoop, 1 scoop per liner. It should fill 3/4 of the liner.
Bake for 10 mins at 350 degrees. Remove and press Rolo candy into the center.
Continue baking for another 10-13 mins.
Remove from oven and cool for 1 hour.
Ice cupcakes and top with sprinkles.
